Initial code-based baseline

Created the project Wiki from five repositories and 14 frozen branch snapshots. niseCore historical submodule repositories were excluded by instruction; only customers.json refs were analyzed for niseCore, WBF and include. Jira was not ingested.

The baseline adds project/repository specifications and requirement candidates, cross-repository architecture, source maps, customer variants, mandatory component interaction diagrams and branch comparisons.
